The Nassau County Dental Society Humanitarian Award recognizes a member dentist who has selflessly made a lasting impact on the oral health care of their fellow human beings. Humanitarian activities are a foundation of the dental profession. Acknowledging members who give unselfishly of their time and their professional skills, not only recognizes their individual contributions, but encourages others to pursue similar activities and reflects positively on the profession. 

The Award will be presented at the Installation of Officers' Gala on Saturday evening, January 13, 2024 at the Crest Hollow Country Club.

The deadline to submit nomination forms is no later than:

Wednesday, June 6, 2023.
